VILLA YUCA 17p

  Très belle villa, idéale pour un grand groupe

Superbe séjour dans la villa Yuca, idéale pour le groupe de 18 personnes que nous étions (4 familles avec enfants en bas âges). La maison est vraiment spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié : - la vue sur la mer - la climatisation dans toutes les pièces - la situation en bout d'impasse au calme (pas de gêne avec le voisinage) - globalement l'équipement de la maison, très complet Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et très disponibles. Ils sont intervenus dans les 2h suite au signalement d'une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait plus. Rien à dire, ils ont un vrai sens du service. Erwin est aussi de bons conseils pour recommander des petites criques à faire ou restaurants à tester ! A savoir simplement que la piscine est un peu plus petite qu'annoncé et sans système de sécurité (mais cela est bien dit dans l'annonce pour le coup). Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour à la villa Yuca pour résumer et recommandons sans hésitation !

  Love Villa Yuca!

We were a goup of 4 families, 9 adults and 7 children (ages 4-15) and had a fantastic time and take away some lovely memories. The adults and kids spent many hours in and around the pool, we loved the living space inside the house that easily accommodated all of us. The BBQ was very good quality and got used on many occasions. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. Each family rented our own car which we would recommend. Our week stay went far too quickly.

  Fabulous Property !!

My family and I would like to say a BIG thank you. It was my 50th birthday and 16 family members came to celebrate. The villa was absolutely stunning !! The views, decor etc we really couldn't have wished for more. Thank you so much, we will be back :) Regards Dorothy & family

sehr gute, ruhige Lage mit Blick übers Meer, aber zugleich unweit von der Stadt entfernt. Wirklich innerhalb von 13 Minuten steht man am Strand von Lloret. Alles ist anwesend, der gebotene Service ist ausgezeichnet, und in der Villa ist alles neu. Außerdem hat man ganz gute Ausflugtipps in der Region gegeben. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

  Mooie vakantiewoning liggend op een heuvel aan de voet van Lloret de Mar met super uitzicht op zee!.

De vakantiewoning ligt op een heuvel aan de voet van Lloret de Mar. We hadden mooi uitzicht over Lloret de Mar en de zee. De zee en strand is goed per voet te bereiken. De vakantiewoning ligt vrij, in een rustige omgeving en is beveiligd. De oprit is beveiligd met een afsluitbaar hek. We vonden de vakantiewoning erg mooi en goed onderhouden. Het heeft 7 slaapkamers en 3 mooie badkamers. Vanuit de slaapkamers boven kun je naar een ruim balkon. De keuken is ruim van opzet en heeft alle voorzieningen. De vaatwasmachine hebben we vaak gebruikt gezien de vele vaat. In de woonkamer staat een lange eettafel waar we met 18 personen aan konden zichten. Er staat een zeer ruime heerlijke lounge bank om samen te zijn of tv te kijken. In de gehele vakantiewoning is gratis Wifi aanwezig. Buiten is er een mooi groot terras met zwembad waar we heerlijk buiten hebben gezeten. Er staat ook een grote gas barbeque die we hebben gebruikt. Op het terras staat ook een tafel voor 18 personen die we regelmatig hebben verplaatst in de zon of de schaduw. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Lloret de Mar.

  Excellent séjour dans une villa très confortable

La villa est très confortable (la climatisation en été fut très appréciée !) et très bien aménagée. La terrasse avec la piscine est un réel plus, en particulier pour les enfants (qu'il faut néanmoins surveiller :-).
La vue sur la mer et sur les collines environnantes est vraiment superbe.
Pour les sorties à la plage, en particulier avec des enfants, mieux vaut prévoir une voiture.
Les propriétaires furent charmants lors de nos échanges.
En résumé : à recommander chaudement !

  Villa Yuca

We were a group of 10, made up of 6 adults and 4 children. The kids being aged 10, 7, 3 & 1. The house itself was as nice as the photos suggested. A very easy place to be and comfortable. Located 10 minutes walk from the bustle in a quiet residential area. It's quite hilly which I rather enjoyed.

  Fantastic property, close and easy to walk to town, yet far enough away to feel serene and calm

This is a stunning villa, beautifully furnished and cared for by the hosts. The space is modern, light and airy with a fantastic space both in the bedrooms as well as a very large social area downstairs. The views are fantastic, over looking the valley and the sea and the walk is just 20 minutes into the town. There are some lovely touches around the house, and a massive kitchen which provides all utilities one could need. The owners very kindly provided a bottle of wine on arrival, along with coffee, tea and other nice touches. There is a BBQ which the owners kindly showed us how to use on our second day and again, the social space is perfect for families/groups of friends who like to socialise. There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 further bedrooms with bunk beds. 3 lovely shower rooms also provide plenty of opportunity for use of the bathrooms. The pool is a nice size too and the property is very large. Highly recommended!

  Ge-wel-dig!

Wij zijnWij hebben met vier gezinnen een week - van zaterdag 11-8-2017 t/m 18-8-2017 - doorgebracht in deze prachtige villa. De kinderen waren in de leeftijd van 0 t/m 11 jaar en hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad en de ruimte eromheen. Het verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien, zowel buiten als binnen. De villa is ruim en modern ingericht. Buiten is er veel ruimte rondom het zwembad. Het is binnen en buiten schoon, daar houden wij van :) De service van Ilona bij het reserveren van de villa en de service van Erwin tijdens de vakantie waren in één woord: TOP. Ilona reageert snel op alle vragen en denkt mee. Erwin is telefonisch goed bereikbaar en probeert problemen z.s.m. te verhelpen. Wij hebben een hele goede en fijne vakantie gehad en komen graag een keer terug.

  Fantastic Villa Yuka

If your looking for a fantastic, spacious, quiet villa capable of housing around 15-17 people and yet only a short distance away from the beach of Lloret de Mar then this the property for you. The Villa description and specially the photos are unbelievably accurate which makes a refreshing change The villa has magnificent panoramic views across the Mediterranean sea and is set within a large area which has a pool with patio area, BBQ and outside seating for all your guests. It also comes with free Wi-Fi through out. The large patio area around the swimming pool which provides a great setting to enjoy the views at any time of the day or evening. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, diner, lounge area which is huge and a wonderful place to relax, cook and just enjoy yourselves. The property is extremely well appointed, all bedrooms are large and most have great views. Two even have their own balcony.

We had a great time and we all commented on how well your lovely villa worked for our 3 families. The children loved the pool and it was great to be able use the pool well into the evening with the funky lighting. The children called it their party pool! The villa is well situated with great sea views and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, which meant we all had a good night’s sleep and didn’t experience any noise issues. The walk down to the town/beach area is about 15-20 mins however, I would say that the walk back is not for the faint hearted.

We made use of the lovely outside area in the day and in the evening playing cards.

I appreciate the villa is very new and there were a few teething issues with the air conditioning not working in 2 of the bedrooms when we arrived on the Saturday, which I was initially annoyed about. But this may not have been helped by our 5-hour drive, which turned out to be 9 hours! Erwin apologised for this and provided us with fans. The upstairs air conditioning unit was fixed on the Monday of our stay however, it was not possible to fix the unit in the downstairs bedroom. We were able to put the air conditioning on in the other downstairs bedroom and use the fan to blow the cold air through to our room which worked out OK for us.

I can’t fault the service from both Erwin and the office staff, who were very helpful and responded promptly to any query we had.

I will definitely recommend your villa.

Couldn't have asked for a better villa, location and lovely people who dealt with my booking from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble, gave me all the info I needed which was a great help when I was organising a get together for 12 people! The villa is next to none for quality, size, cleanliness and facilities, couldn't fault it at all! Only a short walk away from the shops, beach and testaraunts so easy to eat in or out if you are in a group! The villa has plenty of room and lots of space for 2 families not to be underneath each other's feet. The fresh, new feel to the villa makes it very comfortable and the owners have done an amazing job renovating! Can't wait to come back to this villa! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

  Heerlijk verblijf, Villa Yuca is een prachtig huis.

Villa Yuca is een prachtig huis. Van binnen zeer modern, daar houd ik persoonlijk wel van. Ongelofelijk ruim, met een grote tuin en een mooi zwembad. Het huis ligt aan het eind van een straat, waardoor het heel stil en rustig is. Prachtig zeezicht, en die zee is ook op loopafstand, als je van een beetje lopen houdt. Binnen een half uur ben je op de boulevard, je moet er alleen wel rekening mee houden dat je op de terugweg de berg weer op moet. Het interieur was ruim opgezet. Nou zal je de meeste tijd buiten doorbrengen, maar de grote keuken en de heerlijke matrassen waren echt heel fijn. Ook de stortdouche was erg prettig na een lange dag in de zon. Al met al een zeer prettig verblijf en ik zou zeker terugkomen!
