Description

Villa Florada es una maravillosa villa vacacional con piscina y espectaculares vistas al mar. Fue construida en el año 1997 y ha sido completamente renovada en el año 2016. La Villa está equipada con todas las comodidades, tales como calefacción central, aire acondicionado, wifi gratuito y televisión nacional y vía satélite con canales ingleses, holandeses, alemanes, Franceses etc…Un auténtico lujo.

NUEVO: Internet de fibra óptica y WIFI 100 MB.

Villa Florada está compuesta de 2 plantas independientes, cada una con su propia entrada, salón comedor, cocina, varias habitaciones y baños. Esto hace que la Villa sea ideal para dos familias que quieran disfrutar juntas unas magníficas vacaciones.

La planta superior a nivel de la calle está compuesta de entrada recibidor, una gran cocina completamente equipada con microondas, nevera congeladora, cocina, cafetera, hervidor de agua y tostadora, amplio salón comedor con acceso a una gran terraza con espectaculares vistas al mar y la piscina. El salón comedor tiene una chimenea y aire acondicionado, hay 3 dormitorios y 2 cuartos baño. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio cuarto de baño incorporado (suite) y también tiene acceso a la gran terraza con las increíbles vistas al mar. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales y una cama litera y la tercera habitación tiene una cama litera.

La planta baja está compuesta de un amplio salón comedor con gran cocina abierta y tiene dos grandes fachadas acristaladas con puertas correderas que al dejarlas abiertas crean un espacio continuo entre el salón, el jardín, la piscina y la zona de barbacoa cubierta con una gran pérgola. Las vistas desde del sofá y la mesa de comer sobre la piscina desbordante y el mar como horizonte, son realmente espectaculares.

La amplia cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, una gran nevera-congelador, una cocina de 5 fogones, un horno independiente, un microondas/horno separado. El microondas/horno es muy práctico si quieren usar 2 hornos a la vez para cocinar para grupos grandes. El salón comedor está equipado con dos aires acondicionados. El comedor tiene dos grandes mesas con in total 16 sillas para poder comer todos juntos. Esta planta tiene tres dormitorios: un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio, otro dormitorio con una cama litera y una cama individual y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera. Hay un cuarto de baño completo con una gran ducha, lavabo doble, inodoro, bidé y además un aseo independiente

Desde la planta baja, se accede directamente a la terraza de la piscina desbordante de 8x4 metros. Da la sensación óptica de que la piscina desemboca en el mar. Junto a la piscina hay escalera que lleva a una zona de solárium con tumbonas.

A unos 1000 metros hay un restaurante y un pequeño supermercado que están abiertos durante la temporada. 

Nuestra familia ya tiene desde el año 2014 una amplia experiencia en el alquiler vacacional de villas de alto standing. Nuestro lema es "buena calidad y un buen servicio", para familias y/o grupos de adultos respetuosos. ¡¡NUESTRAS VILLAS NO SON APTAS PARA GRUPOS DE JÓVENES!! ¡¡NO ACEPTAMOS GRUPOS QUE CONSISTAN MAYORITARIAMENTE DE PERSONAS MENORES DE 27 AÑOS!! Prima villa om hiervandaan diverse plaatsen te bezoeken zoals Margrat, Lorette en Barcelona. Ook in de corona tijd in je eigen bubbel genieten.
We voelden op on meteen thuis. Zeker na een dagje shoppen. :)
Wat minder geschikt voor oma (trappen en zwembad) maar de kids hebben genoten!
Tip: Chromecast voor de tv, beetje meegaan met de tijd ;)

Met 3 gezinnen 2 weken lang verbleven in Villa Florada. Een topvakantie gehad (ondanks de COVID-19 maatregelen). Er is voldoende ruimte en privacy. Dagelijks genoten van het fantastische zee-uitzicht en de gemakken in de villa. De verhuurder is erg toegankelijk en gastvrij (vooraf, tijdens en ook na de verhuurperiode fijn contact gehad). Aanrader!

Samen met nog drie gezinnen met kinderen in de leeftijd van 9 tot 14 jaar en hele fijne en gezellige week gehad in dit huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, wij konden met 4 gezinnen prima koken in de keuken met dubbele oven en groot gasfornuis en natuurlijk lekker bbq-en op het terras waar je met elkaar gezellig buiten kan eten. Het zwembad met spectaculair uitzicht over de kustlijn was schoon en een groot succes, met loungeset en genoeg ligbedjes. Met de auto ben je zo beneden bij Lloret De Mar (wat overdag echt een gezellig plaatsje is voor gezinnen) of naar het strand in cala canyelles daar kan je waterfietsen huren en lekker op het strand liggen (bedjes zijn te huur) en er is een strandtentje en douchen op het strand. Je kan ook een paddle baan huren om even lekker een partijtje te spelen. Wij hebben het er erg naar ons zin gehad, top!

We have spent great week - 16 people, within 7 children - in this property. The view is stunning, the villa ist very well prepared for so many people, there are really good equiped kitchens (we could even bake a cake!) and diffrent possibilites to grill outside. The house itself is very well-kept, everything was clean, the beds very comfortable. The communication with owners was without any fault.

Vi hade en underbar vistelse i detta fina hus men en fantastiskt pool! Ägarens bror bor i området och släppte in oss och fanns tillgänglig om det skulle vara något. Allt funkade utmärkt. Rekommenderar verkligen att hyra av dessa ägare och detta hus. Vi bodde i juni 2019.

This villa is a real treat, everything from the view to the well stocked kitchen made staying with a group of 12 adults a real pleasure.
Ilona and Erwin were extremely attentive and patient as we organised 4 different arrivals, even coming to collect some of our group from the town and arranging a late check out to accommodate our varying flight times on the last day. Some great local recommendations too!
The villa is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable; all of our group reported comfy beds with beautiful views to wake up to. We did rent a car which proved useful to get in and out of the town and down to the beach too.
Wouldn’t hesitate to return for a relaxing break with a large group.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la maison, qui est idéale. Elle est très bien équipée, très propre et bien agencée. La piscine au sel et la terrasse sont magnifiques. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreuses plages et criques avoisinantes.
L'accueil d'Erwin a été à la fois très chaleureux, agréable et professionnel.
Nous recommandons particulièrement cette location.

Très belle villa et vue exceptionnelle 6 chambres (attention juste 2 chambres avec un grand lit, les autres avec lit individuel ou superposé) Grande cuisine avec toute les commodités Situé dans un quartier résidentiel entre Lloret et Tossa La plage Canyelles en bas est la plus belle des plages avec resto top et bar de plage très sympa BBQ a gaz en bas près de la piscine Les propriétaires sont très sympa et la maison est conforme aux photos

I organised a trip for 14 friends to stay at villa Florada and the whole experience was exceptional. The villa itself is every bit as spectacular as the pictures suggest and the garden and pool over looking the bay is stunning. The facilities were excellent with everything a large group could need and the villa is finished to an exceptional standard throughout. The villa is located on a steep hillside so a rental car is a good idea, however a taxi into Lloret de Mar is only €10-12 so this really is not essential depending on your plans. The owners were a pleasure to deal with throughout, answering all questions before booking and making us feel welcome on arrival. Overall I could not recommend this property more highly, we had a fantastic few days in Spain.

Cuatro días con los amigos en una casa de lujo. Las vistas increíbles, la piscina y la zona de barbacoa espectaculares. El propietario muy amable y atento. Sin duda merecere la pena. Habrá q repetir.

This trip was the Xmas gift to all our kids and their families. We looked for a great house to live in when we scanned all the sites letting out properties in the area of Lloret de Mar and we found "Villa Florada". It totally lived up to our expectations, which were rather big after viewing the pictures and video from the house. As stated earlier it was 15 of us travelling together, but the house never felt crowded anyhow. Lots of space to enjoy the pool area, plenty of space for wining and dining etc. What else to say - Well the landlords served us well, Ilona fixed everything around the booking and that worked well. And Erwin meet us as agreed and took us up the winding road to the house and showed us around. And a special thanks to Pepi whom made our last night special as well. The only thing we regret is that we forgot to sign the guest book - but we'll fix that next time.

We waren met een groep wielrenners op trainingskamp. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en precies zoals beschreven en op de foto's. De omgeving is mooi, vooral naar het noorden toe en de binnenlanden. Het huis ligt net buiten de drukte van Lloret prachtig op een berg met uitzicht op zee. De kustplaatsen zijn druk. Fietsen gaat prima, de Spanjaarden zijn ingesteld op groepen wielrenners. Communicatie vooraf en met de beheerder keurig netjes en zeer vriendelijk. Eén keer hadden we per ongeluk de sleutel binnen laten liggen met de deur dicht. 1 belletje naar de beheerder was voldoende om e.e.a. binnen 30 minuten op te lossen, sneller kan gewoon niet. Ik zou dit huis en de verhuurder aan iedereen aan willen raden.

Een woning met alle voorzieningen voor een prettig en ontspannen verblijf. Ruimte en privacy genoeg voor een grote groep mensen. Het huis en zwembad heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op zee en we hebben genoten van de dagelijkse zonsopgang, hoog in de heuvels op een afstand van ongeveer 3 km van zee. Het huis was schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. De huiseigenaar heeft persoonlijk contact en ondersteunt daar waar nodig. Lloret heeft gezellige terrasjes en in Tossa hebben we heerlijk tapas gegeten in één van de vele restaurantjes. Mooie uitzichtpunten aan het strand. Barcelona is prima te bereiken vanaf Blanes per trein, waarbij je langs het strand rijdt. Een bruisende stad met architectonische hoogstandjes van Gaudi, gezellige oude binnenstad met kleine winkeltjes, wandelpromenade en zalige Spaanse keuken. De taxi in Barcelona beveel ik aan; erg snel en goedkoop. Deze woning beveel ik iedereen aan! Zelf zal ik er zeker weer naar toe gaan. Ronduit genieten!

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was clean and the lower level had recently been renovated. The views were overlooking the Balearic sea. The location is high up in the mountains so you really need to hire a car.
The only point I would make is that the ground floor and first floor are separated and you would need to access the floors through a separate door. The pool is a little small but adequate.

Stunning villa and spectacular views. The photos are truly reflective of this wonderful villa. Villa was fully equipped and clean. Erwin, the host was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend a hire car as the villa is quite high up in the hills. We were a family of 14 people and the villa was spacious enough to accommodate us all. All in all, highly recommended, we all had a relaxing and lovely holiday. Thank you!

We (a family of 16 people from age 11 - 80) highly recommend Villa Florada. It's new, nice and clean!

The terrace and pool are a perfect area. The view from the villa is indescribable.

Villa Florada is up the hill, so you need a car.

Villa Florada is a beautiful and well-appointed property located in the hills between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar. The sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea are intoxicating and make you not want to leave the property. The house allows for indoor/outdoor living with large sliding doors that open fully so you can sit in the house and feel like you are sitting poolside. The infinity pool was a great asset during the hot summer days. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional for preparing meals throughout the day. The house's geographical location allowed us to make several sightseeing day trips within a 1-1.5 hour drive, but we were always anxious to get back to our lovely vacation home. The owners were very attentive and made the rental process quite easy. I highly recommend this very special property and hope it can be part of your vacation to the Costa Brava.

Dear Family Bolhuis and Claasen!

What a lovely vacation we had in your Villa Florada! We are a Swedish family of three generations, 7 adults and 4 children, and we all enjoyed our 10 days in Lloret de Mar.

The pictures corresponded well to reality and did indeed fulfil our expectations.

The ground floor is completely new and modern and the upper floor seems very new too. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated. The poolarea with the infinity pool is just fantastic and the view over the sea breathtaking!

The sliding doors between the large livingroom, the outside diningarea and the pool makes being together so easy and comfortable.

The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you need is there.

There are several nice beaches in Lloret de Mar and nearby.

The contact with the owners was excellent!

We can highly recommend Villa Florada to other guests!

Lovely villa with a lot of space in a really nice area on top of the hill.

The view is fantastic! The infinity pool makes it even better. The host is very nice and easy to get in touch with. Conversation with owner before arrival was very good. A modern house with a lot of facilities. The kitchen has everything you need. Perfect for a good stay in Lloret. I recommend this villa.

Villa Florada a été pour toute notre famille (14 personnes) un espace de rêves, de détente et de retrouvailles. Villa très spacieuse, avec 2 étages indépendants, très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, décoration et design très sympa, située sur les hauteurs de Sierra Brava, avec une vue magnifique. Les enfants et les grands ont bien profiter de la piscine a débordement. Tout a été bien pensé et conçu pour permettre à chacun de passer un agréable séjour, des espaces d'intimité et des espaces communs très conviviales. Accueil agréable par le propriétaire.Tout ce qui est annoncé sur le site et dans le contrat a été parfaitement respecté par le propriétaire. Nous sommes vraiment très heureux de ce séjour et nous vous recommandons cette magnifique Villa pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Merci au propriétaire pour cet espace de rêve.

Hemos pasado un fín de semana en villa Florada; es una casa estupenda, cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, mucho espacio, decoración muy bonita, todo en orden y limpio.

Hemos disfrutado de mucha tranquilidad y paz, las vistas de la montaña y del mar son espectaculares y la piscina fantástica.

Hemos vuelto llenos de energía positiva y muy bonitos recuerdos.

Lo aconsejo, volveremos !!!

e hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. Villa Florada heeft echt alles wat we hoopten. Prachtig uitzicht, veel ruimte. 's ochtends zagen we de zon opkomen uit zee. 's avonds genoten we van de kleuren in het verlichte zwembad. Een plaatje.

Lekker geslapen, heerlijke regen douche en heerlijke koffie uit het Dolce Gusto apparaat.

De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was makkelijk om contact te krijgen. Erwin wees ons de weg en leidde ons rond.

Echt een aanrader. We willen hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen. We wilden vooral een week rust en Barcelona en Girona bezoeken, maar helaas was het in maart nog wat fris om te zwemmen. Dat komen we nog een keer doen.

Lovely villa with fantastic views and a beautiful infinity salt water swimming pool. It has a well equipped kitchen inc: Nescafe dolce Gusto and normal filter coffee machine ( I think the owners have tried to make it home from home ) There is Wi-Fi available for those who need to stay in touch with others.
I cannot find fault with this villa and would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in or around Lloret De Mar area this villa is in Serra Brava which is about a 3km drive to Lloret
